He is a Registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (APEGBC). Mr. Locke's experience includes Phase 1 and Phase 2 assessments, hazardous waste design plans, engineering cost estimates, closure, decontamination, and decommissioning, remedial plans, wastewater treatment plans, permit applications, recycling and separation recovery technology, spill training, and characterization, cleanup strategies for commercial and industrial properties.
